Marc Ferrer Margarit

I'm a software architect based in the Barcelona area, currently at Volkswagen Group Services Barcelona, where I lead Android Automotive development for CUPRA and CARIAD. My work sits at the intersection of mobile engineering, automotive systems, and product thinking.

I started my career building 3D visualization tools and VR/AR prototypes, moved into embedded and HMI development, and gradually grew into architecture roles — designing the software systems that determine how drivers interact with their vehicles.

Outside of work I'm interested in machine learning, 3D printing, and gaming. I hold a Master's in Data Science and an Engineer's degree in Computer Engineering, which gives me a broad perspective that I bring into my day-to-day architectural decisions.
